These changes are aimed at increasing transparency and discipline in the registration of employment contracts.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, the HR Enbek portal now allows employees to independently initiate corrections of inaccurate or outdated employment data.<\/p>\n<p>This is especially relevant in cases where it is not possible to contact the employer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>When correction may be required<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>An employee can submit a request if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>incorrect employment contract data is indicated in the system<\/li>\n<li>the contract is outdated or not closed<\/li>\n<li>there is no information about termination<\/li>\n<li>the employer did not update the data in a timely manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to submit a correction request<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The process is fully digital and takes only a few minutes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to the system Go to: hr.enbek.kz and log in to your personal account using your EDS (digital signature).<\/li>\n<li>Open the electronic employment record Go to the section: \u201cElectronic Employment Record\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Select the contract Find the required employment contract in the list.<\/li>\n<li>Choose an action Available option: \u201cEdit\u201d, \u201cDelete\u201d, or \u201cTerminate\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Submit the request Fill out the form and sign the request with your EDS.<br \/>\nYou can track the status in the \u201cCorrection Requests\u201d section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Terms of consideration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The employer has 3 working days to review the request<\/li>\n<li>If no response is provided, the request is automatically forwarded to the authorized government body<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Why is this important?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The new rules help to: improve the accuracy of data in HR Enbek, protect employees\u2019 rights, reduce dependence on the employer for data corrections and speed up employment record processes.<\/p>\n<p>Employees in Kazakhstan now have a convenient tool to independently manage their employment contract data.
