They are offered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; special visa regimes<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; expedited application processing<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; investment project support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Priority Categories of Specialists<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Simplified conditions apply to highly qualified specialists in the following fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; IT (including AI engineers and system architects)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; healthcare (neurosurgeons, oncologists)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; creative industries<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; natural sciences<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Since the beginning of 2026, the following have been issued:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; over 5.1 thousand permits for in-demand specialists<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; around 75 thousand permits for labor migrants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Labor Market Regulation and the EAEU<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Citizens of EAEU countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia) retain the right to work freely without permits.
