FChain at New Vision 2026: Leadership and Business Growth in the Age of AI

The FChain Kazakhstan team had the opportunity to attend New Vision 2026, one of the largest business forums in Central Asia, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, technology leaders, and internationally recognized experts. The event focused on leadership, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and the future of business.

One of the most impactful sessions for our team was delivered by Bagdat Mussin — a prominent Kazakh expert in digital transformation, entrepreneur, former Minister of Digital Development of Kazakhstan, and currently the Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakhtelecom JSC. His presentation focused not only on technology, but on the role of people in the age of artificial intelligence.

Bagdat Mussin highlighted an issue that is not discussed often enough: the more tasks artificial intelligence performs for us, the greater the risk of losing our habit of thinking independently, analyzing information, and drawing our own conclusions.

Today, AI can prepare texts, analyze data, generate ideas, and provide answers within seconds. These capabilities create enormous opportunities for businesses and significantly improve efficiency. At the same time, they introduce a new challenge. More and more people are relying on AI-generated answers instead of researching, reading, and developing their own understanding of a subject. In many cases, people even struggle to formulate the right questions because asking high-quality questions requires knowledge, curiosity, and critical thinking.

Artificial intelligence can provide answers. However, it cannot replace professional judgment, experience, responsibility, or a deep understanding of a particular field. This was one of the key takeaways our team gained from the forum: the future belongs not to those who simply use AI, but to those who use it wisely.

At FChain Kazakhstan, we actively utilize artificial intelligence tools to improve service quality, accelerate internal processes, and work with information more efficiently. However, we view AI strictly as a tool—not as a replacement for professional expertise.

Before applying AI in our work, our specialists independently study legislation, review regulatory acts, analyze legal requirements, and work directly with official sources. We do not delegate professional judgment or responsibility to algorithms.

AI helps us process information faster, structure data more effectively, and optimize workflows. Yet our legal opinions, accounting solutions, tax recommendations, and HR advice continue to be based on the knowledge, experience, and professional responsibility of our experts.

We strongly believe that artificial intelligence should enhance human capabilities, not replace the ability to think.

For this reason, we encourage businesses to adopt AI thoughtfully and responsibly: continue learning, read primary sources, develop expertise, and maintain strong critical-thinking skills.

Only by combining human intelligence with technological innovation can businesses achieve sustainable growth while preserving their most valuable competitive advantage — human expertise.
