We are delighted to announce the promotion of Sergey Gaydarov to the managerial position of Senior Legal Advisor at FChain Kazakhstan!

Sergey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Universität Wien, Vienna, and a Bachelor of International Law (BIL) from KIMEP University.

With over 5 years of professional experience, Sergey has built a diverse background in:

• Consumer rights protection (1 year 1 month)
• Litigation and claims work (1 year)
• Senior Legal Counsel in a construction company (1 year 6 months)

Since joining FChain Kazakhstan in December 2023 as a Legal Advisor (1 year 9 months), Sergey has continued working with construction matters and expanded his expertise into new areas such as international education, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions of the AIFC, labor and tax law.

We are confident that Sergey’s expertise and dedication will bring even greater value to our clients and our team.
